Process

Hillcrest welcomes the opportunity to tender for partitions and ceilings contracts for both existing clients and new customers. Our surveyors will formulate a comprehensive estimate for every contract, giving a detailed breakdown of costing.

A dedicated Contract Manager is selected for each individual project who will liaise with the Main Contractor in order to maintain an effective working relationship for the duration of the job. Prior to works commencing on site, Hillcrest's Contract Manager will conduct an appraisal to assess specific requirements of the project including health & safety features, materials and workforce.

When Hillcrest commences work on site, it is entirely in accordance with the Main Contractor's programme and our own detailed schedule for the project, thus ensuring deadlines are met without fail. Our contract manager also ensures that Hillcrest's quality standards are upheld by conducting regular assessments at each stage of the contract.

Where requested, Hillcrest will also be delighted to share our experience and expertise with our clients at all stages of a project - whether you need advice on design aspects or guidance on product choice and materials, we will embrace these requirements and provide additional support where requested.
