Hillcrest Glass operates from a state of the art plant which comprises leading edge technology in the manufacture of glass products, including: an automatic gas filling press; an automatic sealing robot; and Jetstream Cooltemper Toughener.

At Hillcrest, we employ only the best machinery to ensure efficiency, quality and safety.

Our highly efficient assembly lines are capable of completing numerous projects simultaneously for our clients. Our superior technology coupled with the dedication of the workforce on the factory floor facilitates the production of up to 1,200 Double Glazing Units per day and up to 600m2 of single toughened glass.

Our decorative department is capable of producing stunning customised decorative units and we will be delighted to work with you at all stages of your individual project to ensure the desired effect is achieved. We are also accomplished in producing glass units in any shape.

Hillcrest Glass provides an exceptionally fast turn around time on our products. We are capable of turning around a standard Double Glazing or Georgian unit in 3 days and less than 10 days on our decorative pieces.

Hillcrest Glass is so confident in the quality of our products that they all carry a ten year guarantee from the date of manufacture that is stamped on the spacer bar.

We are proud to hold two British Standard Institute Kitemark licenses with all our glass products manufactured and tested in compliance with BS EN 1279-2 for our Double Glazing Units and we are one of only around 300 companies worldwide to hold the BS6206 Kitemark for our Toughened Safety Glass.

In addition to these marks of quality, Hillcrest Glass carries out regular checks on the production line to ensure that our stringent standards are upheld.
